目的:研究腺苷对fMLP活化的中性粒细胞内钙离子的作用。方法:根据Fura—2AM荧光变化测定细胞内钙离子浓度。结果:fMLP刺激细胞内钙离子变化,形成两个峰值,腺苷不影响fMLP引起的第一个峰值,却使第二个峰值消失。结论:腺苷抑制中性粒细胞产生过氧化氢可能与其抑制细胞外钙离子进入细胞内有关。
Aim: To study the effect of adenosine on fMLP-activated neutrophil intracellular calcium. Methods: The intracellular calcium concentration was determined by the change of Fura-2AM fluorescence. Results: fMLP stimulated intracellular calcium changes, forming two peaks. Adenosine did not affect the first peak caused by fMLP, but the second peak disappeared. Conclusion: Adenosine inhibits the production of hydrogen peroxide by neutrophils may be related to its inhibition of extracellular calcium ions into the cell.
