目的了解桂林市1~6儿童白喉免疫水平,为今后白喉的防控工作深入开展提供科学依据。方法以县区为单位,在东、西、南、北、中5个方位随机抽取5个行政村或社区,每个行政村或社区按1、2、3、4、5、6岁6个年龄组,每个年龄组调查5名常住儿童(当地居住3个月以上),采集血清标本进行白喉抗体检测。结果共调查2 570名儿童,各县区的儿童白喉抗体保护率均在95.3%以上,不同县区,不同性别,不同年龄组儿童的白喉抗体保护率和DTIg G平均值进行比较,差异无统计学意义。不同性别年龄组儿童白喉抗体保护率有统计学意义。结论桂林市1~6岁儿童白喉抗体处在较高水平,形成了有效的免疫屏障,今后仍需持续加强包括百白破在内的各种免疫规划疫苗的接种工作。
Objective To understand the level of diphtheria immunization of children aged 1 ~ 6 in Guilin and to provide a scientific basis for further prevention and control of diphtheria in future. Methods A total of 5 administrative villages or communities were randomly selected from 5 locations in East, West, South, North and Central China.
