作者应用ABC免疫组织化学染色结合葡萄糖氧化酶-DAB-硫酸镍铵(GDN)显色技术,观察了降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)在兔肺的定位与分布.结果发现CGRP-IR分布于兔肺各级支气管粘膜上皮的神经内分泌细胞(NEC)和神经上皮样小体(NEB)中.沿肺内支气管和血管外膜走行的神经纤维也呈CGRP-IR阳性.相邻切片法免疫双标记证明CGRP与5羟色胺(5-HT)共存于NEC和NEB中,说明二者在功能上可能具有相关性.
The authors used ABC immunohistochemical staining combined with glucose oxidase-DAB-ammonium sulfate (GDN) colorimetric technique to observe the localization and distribution of calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) in rabbit lungs.Results CGRP-IR was found in Nerve endocrine cells (NECs) and neuroepithelial bodies (NEBs) in the bronchial mucosal epithelium of rabbits’ lungs were also positive for CGRP-IR along the inner branches of the bronchus and adventitia of the lungs The labeling demonstrated that CGRP and serotonin (5-HT) coexist in NEC and NEB, indicating that they may be functionally related.
