自2009年启动服务型党组织创建活动以来,历经三年多的系统建设,遵义市服务型党组织建设基本实现了组织功能转换、体制机制转变和工作方式创新,形成了具有鲜明特色的基层党建新模式。目前,服务型党组织已成为遵义市提高基层党建科学化水平的总载体,成为推动发展、服务群众、凝聚人心、促进和谐的坚强战斗堡垒。
