Objective: To analyze the adverse reactions of cephalosporins used clinically and to summarize the safety measures. Methods: From January 2016 to January 2017, 120 patients who had adverse reactions in cephalosporin treatment in Huaxian People’s Hospital were selected as the study subjects, and the specific conditions and causes of their adverse reactions were analyzed. RESULTS: 60.8% were allergic reactions, 17.5% were gastrointestinal reactions, 14.2% were urinary tract reactions, 7.5% were nervous system reactions, 22.5% were caused by cefuroxime, 42.5% were induced by cefotaxime, 25.8% by cefoperazone Trigger Conclusion: The main adverse reactions caused by cephalosporins are anaphylactic reactions. Among the common drugs, cefotaxime has the most adverse reactions, so it is necessary to pay attention to the rational use of drugs in order to promote the safety of drugs.
