贝辰加镍公司北矿铜镍矿床平均厚度为4～6m,倾角为45～65°,分矿房和矿柱以充填法开采。采矿回收率高达94～96%。胶结充填料用水泥(6.5～8%)、磨细的铜镍炉渣(20～25%)、砂和水在地面制备.为便于管道输送,这种充填料含水较多,因此易于分层,这便大大降低了充填体的强度。为解决这个问题,研究了用皂化木焦油作起泡剂降低充填料含水量。
