枝龄和树龄因子对苹果座果能力的影响

本文研究了‘Cox’苹果不同枝龄和树龄着生的花的座果能力,花芽从绽开到盛开过程的发育学和生理学变化及其与座果的联系。试验表明,幼龄枝上花的座果力明显低于大龄枝,到座果末期保留下来的果实更少。正是由于初始座果量不足而限制了苹果的产量。不同枝龄的花的形态学差异很大。幼龄丛生枝的叶面积平均花重以及花朵数明显地小于大龄枝。花簇大小的减少并非由生殖生长与营养生长之间对矿物营养的竞争所引起。同时研究了雌花授精有效授粉期及花的显微解剖结构。结果表明,幼龄枝和幼龄树都表现出有效授粉期和胚珠状态的减弱。授粉后退化胚珠的比例立即呈显著下降趋势,表明卵鞘超过受精作用的时间范围。 In this paper, the ability of ’Cox’ apples with different ages and old age to flower, the developmental and physiological changes of flower buds from blooming to blooming, and their relationship with fruit set were studied.
