“语言”是个普遍的概念。实际上,体现在小说中的语言形态是熔铸着作家独特的个性气质、情感倾向、美学追求的个人“言语”。从“语言”向“言语”的转化过程,也就是作家独特的文体风格形成的过程。正是在这个意义上,汪曾祺是个有着文体意识的作家,在文体试验中,他多方涉猎,不拘常例,自铸新词,形成了自己简洁平淡、文白糅合、清新纯朴、极富多士深情的文体语言风格。
“Language” is a common concept.
