旅游业作为一项“朝阳产业”自20世纪80年代末以来一直表现出强劲的发展势头,但是由于对旅游的波动性的认识不足,使得旅游企业在在面对突发事故时难以积极应对,对景区、目的地、旅游业甚至是整个国家带来灭顶之灾。本文主要从旅游业的内部因素和外部因素两个角度来分析旅游业波动性产生的原因,列举了由此引发的后果,并提出了降低由于旅游业的波动性带来的不利影响的方法。
As a “sunrise industry ” tourism industry has been showing a strong momentum of development since the late 1980s, but due to the lack of understanding of the volatility of tourism, tourism enterprises are hard to be active in the face of unexpected accidents Respond to the scenic spots, destinations, tourism and even the entire country brought disaster. This paper mainly analyzes the causes of tourism volatility from two aspects of the tourism industry’s internal factors and external factors, lists the resulting consequences and proposes ways to reduce the adverse effects caused by the volatility of tourism.
