To implement the (Food Hygiene Law) and food hygiene standards, find out the quality of food hygiene in our county, to provide the basis for food hygiene supervision and monitoring, now report the test results of 213 samples in 4 major categories of food hygiene quality monitoring in 1996 analyse as below.
