On average, one in five people is a fishing enthusiast. Another survey shows that there is a “growing year by year” fishing fan among Americans. Some people predict that by the end of this century, the number of fishing fans in the entire United States will exceed 60 million. In the past, almost all American “fishing fans” were middle-aged and young men. But today there are women in the fishing team. Some are “husband and wife fishing” to come and join in the fun, but more single women, holidays and riverside shore stand pole. At the same time, older anglers are also on the rise. Under the influence of adults, more and more children are hooked on fishing. In a fishing competition held in Florida in 1985, a 6-year-old made the fourth best result.
