Wellich Chosun宾馆位于(韩国)庆州,是最初建成的五星级宾馆之一。该宾馆由韩国本土设计师自行设计。在此之前,韩国的设计师并没有单独地完成宾馆项目的设计,只是停留在合同/行政干预阶段。 Wellich Chosun宾馆始建于20世纪70年代,宾馆的新主人想让它有别于周边的建筑。他交由设计师全权设计并限期3个月之内完成。这是一个划时代的项目。为了节约时间,设计和施工同时进行。整个设计过程用了45天,施工则花了60天。
Wellich Chosun is located in Gyeongju (South Korea), one of the first five-star hotels to be built. The hotel is designed by native Korean designers. Until then, South Korean designers did not complete the hotel project design alone, just stay in the contract / administrative intervention stage. Wellich Chosun was built in the 1970s and the guest house’s new owner wanted it to be different from the surrounding buildings. He handed over to the designer full design and deadline within 3 months to complete. This is a landmark project. In order to save time, design and construction at the same time. The entire design process took 45 days, construction took 60 days.
