对76例膀胱肿瘤行经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术。主要适应症为浅表性膀胱肿瘤。部分浸润较深和不能手术的晚期肿瘤也进行了电切，术后予膀胱腔内化疗，后者作骼内动脉化疗，获得较满意的疗效。
76 cases of bladder tumor transurethral resection of bladder tumor. The main indications for superficial bladder cancer. Part of the deep infiltration and inoperable advanced tumors were also electrosurgical resection to intravesical chemotherapy, the latter for the treatment of internal iliac artery, to obtain more satisfactory results.
