我厂标准件螺钉上的螺纹,过去是在小车床上用尖头螺丝车刀,一刀一刀的车出来的。这样,每个螺钉上的螺纹最少要车4~5刀才能完,需要一分多钟。后来改进了一种简单的套扣工具,加工一个螺纹只要10~15秒钟,提高工作效率4倍。工具的结构如图1,图中1是板牙架,左端带有锥度柄,与车床尾顶尖座配合。2是60°锥尾止头螺钉,3是90°锥尾止头螺钉,用来支紧板牙。4是标准圆板牙。工具的锥度柄装在车床尾顶尖座内,尾座与床面间的螺钉不要把紧,最好将螺钉拆下。
