高职院校“校务公开”是公开工作在教育系统的延伸,也是新形势下进一步加快高职院校民主建设、廉政建设以及提高管理效益的必然要求。笔者从高职院校“校务公开”工作现状入手,分析原因,并结合工作实际,探索深化和完善高职院校“校务公开”的有效途径。
Higher vocational colleges “school affairs openness ” is an extension of open work in the education system, and a necessary requirement for further accelerating the construction of a democracy in higher vocational colleges, building a clean government, and improving management efficiency under the new situation. The author starts with the status quo of higher vocational colleges “school affairs open ”, analyzes the reasons, and combines with the actual work, explores the effective ways of deepening and perfecting the “school affairs open ” in higher vocational colleges.
