以烟台为例,分析了高新区经济产业发展过程中所面临的产业结构松散、产业发展定位雷同、招商引资盲目和重复、导致园区间的恶性竞争的问题,提出用企业的归核化战略规划发展高新园区高端经济产业,对高新园区进行明确的功能定位,围绕核心产业进行招商引资,打造具有核心竞争力的企业集团,树立品牌企业,培育品牌城市,推动高端产业的健康快速发展。
Taking Yantai as an example, this paper analyzes the problems of loose industrial structure, identical industrial development orientation, blind and repeated investment attraction in the process of economic and technological development in high-tech zones, leading to the vicious competition among the parks. Develop high-tech industrial park with high-end and high-end industries, define the high-tech park with clear functions, focus on attracting investment from core industries, build enterprise groups with core competitiveness, establish brand enterprises, nurture brand cities and promote the healthy and rapid development of high-end industries.
