目的采用定量指纹图谱对安神补脑液成品进行质量评价,以此来定量控制其产品质量。方法建立安神补脑液指纹图谱。对10批安神补脑液成品计算其相关系数、夹角余弦和程度相似度,并结合数量相似度,综合评定其质量。结果采用程度相似度结合数量相似度的方法比通过相关系数、夹角余弦等计算相似度的方法可更好的反映出不同批次样品间的差异,达到控制产品质量的目的。结论该方法准确、可行,实验结果显示,其对中药质量评价是一种合理、有效的技术手段。
Objective To quantitatively control the quality of Anshen Bunao Liquid using finished quantitative fingerprints. Methods The fingerprint of Anshen Bunao Liquid was established. Calculate the correlation coefficient, the cosine of the included angle and degree similarity of the 10 batches of Anshen Bunao liquid product, and combine the quantity similarity to comprehensively evaluate its quality. Results The method of using degrees of similarity in combination with quantitative similarity method can better reflect the difference between different batches of samples than the method of calculating similarity through the correlation coefficient, the included angle cosine, etc., and achieve the purpose of controlling the product quality. Conclusion The method is accurate and feasible. The experimental results show that it is a reasonable and effective technical measure for the quality evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine.
