由中国石化工程建设公司设计,石化二建公司施工的的安庆800kt/a柴油加氢精制装置和20kt/a变压吸附氢提纯装置(两套统称为三加氢),于2001年11月18日开车一次成功,生产出合格油品。 安庆三加氢工艺独特新颖,采用了石科院RN-10先进的催化剂工艺,采用了炉前混氢工艺及炉前混氢加热炉入口两相流分配的设计方法,高压换热器采用SEI自行开发的双壳程螺纹锁紧环式换热器,反应器内构件、高压分离器等都采用了新技术。其工艺流程和变压吸附结合在一起,不仅包括800kt/a柴油加氢精制装置,还包括20kt/a年变压吸附氢提纯装置。
