目的：探讨克林霉素磷酸酯治疗寻常型痤疮的疗效。方法选取我院2008年1月-2009年12月门诊就诊的寻常型痤疮患者60例，随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例。治疗组给予克林霉素磷酸酯凝胶，对照组给予林可霉素利多卡因凝胶局部涂抹治疗。结果治疗组经过治疗总有效率为93.3％，对照组总有效率为86.7％，治疗组明显优于对照组，经统计学统计分析，p<0.05,有显著差异。结论克林霉素磷酸酯治疗痤疮效果明显，值得推广应用。“,”Objective To explore the curative effect of clindamycin phosphate in the treatment of acne vulgaris. Methods 60 patients with acne vulgaris selects my courtyard 2008 January -2009 year in December clinic patients, randomly divided into the treatment group of 30 cases and a control group of 30 cases. The treatment group was given Clindamycin Phosphate Gel, control group was given Lincomycin Hydrochloride and Lidocaine Hydrochloride Gel topical treatment. The results treatment group after treatment the total effective rate was 93.3%, total effective rate of the control group was 86.7%, significantly better than the control group, the p<0.05, statistical analysis, there were significant differences. Conclusion the making of clindamycin phosphate treatment acne effect is obvious, it is worthy of popularization and application.
