目的 探讨基本消灭疟疾后疟疾在当地的流行趋势。方法 对当地及流动人口在流行季节采血镜检疟原虫 ,流行季节前、后对监测区内人群采集滤纸血 ,应用间接荧光抗体 (IFAT)法进行监测 ,应用人帐和牛房捕蚊法进行蚊媒密度监测 ,对疟疾现患人员及疑似病例进行正规抗疟治疗和预防服药。结果 宏观监测证实当地人群中连续 9年未发生内源性病例 ;监测区系统监测表明当地人群 1 3年未发生内源性病例。 1 991— 2 0 0 1年流行季节前、后人群疟疾IFAT监测均为阴性。主要传播媒介中华按蚊旬平均密度 1 989— 2 0 0 1年较 1 980— 1 988年 (0 .1 5/ 0 .44)有显著性降低。结论 临沂市基本消灭疟疾后 ,经进一步的防治与监测净化 ,疟疾传染源已经消失 ,其在当地的传播已被阻断。
Objective To explore the local epidemic trend of malaria after malaria elimination. Methods Blood samples were collected from local and migrant population during the epidemic season. Plasmodium parasite was collected before and after the epidemic season. The filter paper blood was collected from the surveillance area. Indirect fluorescent antibody (IFAT) method was used to detect the parasites. Media density monitoring, malaria incumbents and suspected cases of formal anti-malarial treatment and prevention of medication. Results The macro-monitoring confirmed that there was no endogenous cases in the local population for 9 consecutive years. The surveillance of the surveillance area showed that no endogenous cases occurred in the local population in 13 years. IFAT monitoring of malaria in the pre-season and post-season population was negative from 1991 to 2010. The average transmission rate of Anopheles sinensis in the major transmission media between January 989 and 2001 was significantly lower than that from 1980 to 1988 (0.1 5/0 .44). Conclusion After the basic elimination of malaria in Linyi City, after further prevention and surveillance and purification, the source of malaria has disappeared and its local spread has been blocked.
