故障现象:电源正常,但按OPEN键时托盘不能出来。该机在平常使用时空托盘进出比较慢,若放入光盘就更慢。分析与检查:插上电源,启动电源开关,当还未按OPEN键时,就听机内电机转动的声音,且一直不停。拔去电源插头,卸下底盖及前面板,再拆掉前面板横梁,用食指慢慢拨动皮带轮,同时右手拿住托盘轻轻往外拉,这样在无电源情况下就可手动取出托盘。
