我们经常发现,在课堂上,教师一本书,学员一本书,教师按教材枯燥无味地讲,学员等着划所谓重点,一堂课下来,教师口干舌燥,学员身心俱疲。这种现象对于学员和老师来说,都是痛苦的事情。 我们了解到,造成这样的结果有三方面原因:教材、教师和学员。从教材方面看,适合成人学习的哲学原理教材不多见,大都采用普通高校的教材,这本身就没有关注成人的特点。再加上哲学本身是回答世界的最根本的问题,是研究普遍规律的学说,故哲学知识很抽象,甚至晦涩难懂,离生活较远。从教师方面看,教法单一,尤其是函授、夜大的教学,大部分教师采取“灌”的传统方法。从学员方面分析,成人学员自学时间没有保障,有的学习态度不端正,只想混个文凭。加之,有的学员认为哲学原理都是些空洞的、抽象的理论,不能给予人们具体的知识,不解决实际问题。总之,哲学不如数理化等学科实惠。
