目的探讨食管癌患者术后早期应用肠内与肠外营养支持的可行性、安全性及疗效。方法将60例食管癌术后患者随机分为肠内营养组(EN组)和全肠外营养组(TPN组),每组30例,在术前及术后第1、3、7天测定白蛋白及C反应蛋白(CRP)水平,并观察术后并发症的发生情况。结果两组患者均无严重并发症,无死亡病例发生;两组患者术后白蛋白水平降低,CRP增高,与术前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但两组之间差异无统计学意义。结论肠内及全肠外营养支持均能改善食管癌术后患者的营养状况。
Objective To investigate the feasibility, safety and efficacy of enteral and parenteral nutrition support for early postoperative esophageal cancer patients. Methods Sixty patients with postoperative esophageal cancer were randomly divided into enteral nutrition group (EN group) and total parenteral nutrition group (TPN group), 30 cases in each group. The patients were preoperatively and on the 1st, 3rd, 7th day after operation Albumin and C-reactive protein (CRP) levels, and observe the incidence of postoperative complications. Results There were no serious complications and no deaths occurred in both groups. The postoperative albumin level and CRP in both groups were significantly higher than those before operation (P <0.05), but there was no significant difference between the two groups No statistical significance. Conclusion Enteral and total parenteral nutrition can improve the nutritional status of postoperative esophageal cancer patients.
