目的研究宇宙辐射对民航飞行人员血清抗氧化状态的影响 ,并为保健措施的设计提供生化依据。方法分析新疆民航累积飞行时数超过 40 0 0h的飞行人员 2 30人 ,新疆地面居民 37人及天津地面居民37人的血清总抗氧化能力 (TAOC) ,超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)及脂质过氧化物降解终产物丙二醛 (MDA)含量 ,并比较 3组间血清抗氧化指标数据的差异。结果飞行组的 3项血清抗氧化指标都高于地面对照(TAOC :P <0 .0 0 1 ,SOD :P <0 .0 0 1 ,MDA :P <0 .0 0 5)。新疆地面组的TAOC及SOD皆高于天津地面组 (P值均 <0 .0 0 1 ) ,MDA则无差异。所测人群中的 3项血清抗氧化指标间呈正相关现象。结论民航飞行组的血清抗氧化状态反应出所受宇宙辐射损伤并未超出机体代偿能力 ,但已有较高的血清脂质过氧化反应 ,值得民航飞行人员保健措施设计者的重视
Objective To study the effect of cosmic radiation on the serum antioxidant status of civil aviation pilots and to provide a biochemical basis for the design of health care measures. Methods A total of 230 flight crews, 40 pilots flying over 400h in Xinjiang Civil Aviation, 37 on-ground residents in Xinjiang and 37 on-ground residents in Tianjin were enrolled in the study. Their serum total antioxidant capacity (TAOC), superoxide dismutase (SOD) The content of malondialdehyde (MDA), which is the end product of peroxide degradation, was compared. The difference of serum antioxidant index data was compared between the three groups. Results The three serum anti-oxidation indexes in flight group were higher than those in ground control (TAOC: P <0.01, SOD: P <0.01, MDA: P <0.05). The TAOC and SOD in Xinjiang ground group were higher than that in Tianjin ground group (P <0. 001), MDA was no difference. Three serum anti-oxidants in the measured population showed a positive correlation between the indicators. Conclusions The serum anti-oxidant status of civil aviation flight group reflects that cosmic radiation damage does not exceed the body’s compensatory ability, but has higher serum lipid peroxidation, which is worthy of attention by civil aviation pilot’s health care designer.
