目的分析某五金制品厂的生产性粉尘的污染特征,找到关键控制点,应用局部通风除尘技术进行除尘净化,保护劳动者健康。方法基于工程分析方法,结合现场采样与实验室检测分析方法,采用Excel 2003等软件进行数据处理与统计分析。通过空气浓度等监测数据分析所应用局部通风除尘工程的除尘效果。结果五金制品厂产尘岗位的局部通风除尘技术设计科学应用合理,控制风速达到0.25~2.52 m/s,满足控制效果要求;监测结果显示裁剪车间的铝尘浓度在0.4~0.5 mg/m~3,研磨车间的粉尘浓度0.3~2.3 mg/m~3,均符合国家职业卫生标准。结论五金制品厂进行了较先进的保障措施,局部通风除尘工程能把握主要的污染控制点,进行有针对性的除尘净化,在职业卫生防护方面起到了积极作用。
Objective To analyze the pollution characteristics of productive dust in a hardware factory, find the key control points, apply local ventilation and dust removal technology to remove dust and purify, and protect the health of laborers. Methods Based on engineering analysis methods, combined with on-site sampling and laboratory testing and analysis methods, the data processing and statistical analysis were carried out by software such as Excel 2003. Through the air concentration and other monitoring data analysis of the application of local ventilation dust removal project dust removal effect. Results The local ventilation and dust removal technology of the dust-producing posts in the hardware products factory was rationally designed and applied. The control wind speed reached 0.25-2.52 m / s to meet the requirements of the control effect. The monitoring results showed that the aluminum dust concentration in the cutting workshop ranged from 0.4 to 0.5 mg / m 3 , Dust concentration of grinding workshop 0.3 ~ 2.3 mg / m ~ 3, are in line with national occupational health standards. Conclusion Hardware Products Factory carried out more advanced safeguards. The local ventilation and dust removal project can grasp the main pollution control points and carry out targeted decontamination and decontamination, which plays an active role in occupational health protection.
