Recently, PDVSA formally signed the final handover certificate with China State Construction Electric Power Co., Ltd., which was fully transferred by EPC project of Venezuela New Central Power Plant and New Cabrera Power Plant under the leadership of China Hydropower Construction Group. At this point, the two power stations have contributed over 20 billion kilowatt hours of electricity to Venezuela, greatly easing Venezuela’s power shortage.
