近年来国家对医药行业出台的政策及对大型医药流通企业的扶持,使得国内大型药企纷纷组建医药物流,并建立与之相配套的信息管理系统。当前医药批发企业信息现状为资源不能共享。为了实现企业的管理目标,需要打通企业内部信息壁垒和供应链企业间的信息和业务壁垒,建立企业内外一体化信息管理系统,实现企业内部和合作企业间信息通畅、业务协同,整合企业内外部资源,提高企业业务处理效率、增强数据挖掘和分析能力、加强企业管理控制能力,辅助决策科学合理。
