对高于熔点、含碳0.8%的T8钢液使用电脉冲进行处理.将处理过的T8钢液正常空冷,得到了晶粒明显细化、枝晶发达程度大大减小的凝固组织.并且发现经过电脉冲处理后的T8钢的珠光体形态发生了显著的变化,片层间距缩短.根据实验结果推导了脉冲电压和凝固晶粒个数的经验公式.
T8 molten steel higher than the melting point, containing 0.8% of carbon, was treated with an electric pulse. The treated T8 molten steel was normally air-cooled to obtain the solidified microstructure with the grain refinement obviously and the degree of dendrite development greatly reduced. It was found that the pearlite morphology of T8 steel after electrical pulse treatment changed significantly, and the spacing between layers was shortened. Based on the experimental results, the empirical formulas of the pulse voltage and the number of solidified grains are deduced.
