我院近三年来(1960～1963.8月)对结核性渗出性胸膜炎部分病例併用肾上腺皮质类激素(以下简称激素)治疗,今将此期间治疗之35例与同期单用抗结核药物治疗之35例做一对照分析,报告如下. 资料来源本文二组共70例,入院时均符合如下三项诊断依据:(1)典型的临床症状与体征;(2)X线检查(胸片或透视)显示胸腔积液之影象;(3)积液为渗出性,细胞数(100～5750/mm~3)多为淋巴细胞.为便于考核疗效,根据胸片或透视结果将积液定为三级:大量——在第二前肋间(锁骨中线
