近年来,随着我国餐饮业的不断壮大,我国烹饪专业教育在很多方面已经无法满足餐饮业的发展需要,必须进行调整。认真分析我国烹饪教育的现状,提出科学合理的策略,进行学生基本功的培养,推动烹饪专业教学的发展,才能更好地满足和适应我国餐饮业发展的新要求。本文针对目前我国中职院校烹饪专业的教学现状,探索了烹饪专业教学质量提升的有效策略。
In recent years, with the continuous growth of China’s catering industry, China’s cooking education in many aspects has been unable to meet the development needs of the catering industry, must be adjusted. In order to better meet the new requirements of the development of China’s catering industry, we should conscientiously analyze the current situation of our country’s cooking education, put forward scientific and reasonable strategies, train students’ basic skills, and promote the development of teaching in culinary specialty. This article aims at the present teaching situation of cooking major in secondary vocational schools in our country, and explores the effective strategy of improving the teaching quality of cooking major.
