目的探讨广西医院医疗费用过快增长的原因及其对策。方法通过广西卫生统计年鉴,对2001～2010年广西各级住院患者年均医疗费用增长情况进行统计分析。结果统计发现,医院费用增长幅度要高于居民消费价格指数的增长幅度,而且,药品费用增长更快一些,2005年后,药品费用增长有所减缓,检查治疗费明显增长。结论随着医疗卫生体制改革的开展,一些潜在的问题逐渐暴露出来,其中最为突出的问题就是医疗费用的快速增长,“看病难、看病贵”成为影响居民生活水平的大事。
Objective To explore the causes and countermeasures of excessive increase of medical expenses in Guangxi hospital. Methods Through the Guangxi Statistical Yearbook of Health, statistical analysis was made on the growth of annual medical expenses of inpatients from 2001 to 2010 in Guangxi. The results show that the growth rate of hospital expenses should be higher than the growth rate of the consumer price index. Moreover, the costs of medicines have been increasing more rapidly. After 2005, the growth of the costs of medicines has slowed down and the examination and treatment expenses have obviously increased. Conclusion With the reform of medical and health system, some potential problems are gradually exposed. The most prominent problem is the rapid growth of medical expenses. The difficulty of seeing a doctor and the high cost of seeing a doctor have become major events that affect the living standard of residents.
