在公共图书馆发展空间受到多重制约的社会背景下,高校图书馆主动承担社会服务职能不仅是实现全社会文献信息资源合理配置,实现文献信息资源共享的需要,而且也是自身发展的需要。因此,高校图书馆要认清形势,转变观念,突破时间与空间的限制,积极寻求社会服务的有效途径。同时要充分发挥自身优势,建立开放的管理体系与服务体系,利用网络实现服务的拓展与延伸。
Under the social background that the development space of public library is subject to multiple constraints, it is not only necessary to realize the social service function of the university library, but also to realize the reasonable allocation of the information resources of the whole society and realize the sharing of the information resources of the whole society. Therefore, university libraries should recognize the situation, change their concepts, break the limitation of time and space, and actively seek effective ways of social service. At the same time, we must give full play to its own advantages, establish an open management system and service system, and use the network to expand and extend services.
