驱动桥壳是装载机的主要承载构件,承受着多个方向的载荷和冲击,应具有足够的强度、刚度和可靠性。为了分析其自身的振动情况,以确定是否存在不利于车辆运行的振动形式,避免共振等不利现象出现,利用ANSYS软件对ZL50型装载机焊接结构驱动桥壳进行有限元振动模态分析,采用Block Lanczos法计算得出桥壳的前10阶固有频率和振型,研究桥壳结构与其振动特性的关系,为焊接桥壳的改进设计提供了一定的参考依据,同时为进一步深入研究该结构的振动机理及振动抑制技术提供了理论依据。
Drive axle housing is the main load-bearing components of the loader, to withstand loads and shocks in multiple directions, should have sufficient strength, stiffness and reliability.
