分析了新型柱塞冲压挤出机对超高分子量聚乙烯等多种高黏弹聚合物加工过程中的熔融机理,建立了相应的物理数学模型,并利用商业有限元软件ANSYS对其熔融时间和熔融段长度进行了数值模拟计算。
The melting mechanism of various high viscoplastic polymers, such as UHMWPE, was analyzed with a new type of plunger press extruder. The corresponding physical mathematic model was established. The commercial finite element software ANSYS was used to analyze the melting time and The length of the fusion zone was numerically simulated.
