患者女,59岁。1990年4月因下腹坠胀感来我院就诊。妇检宫颈处有多个息肉。以多发性宫颈息肉收妇科。病理诊断:宫颈管息肉伴轻度急性感染。抗感染治疗,1991年11月29日因下腹坠胀感日益加重。妇检:见宫颈口有3个直径分别约为0.5cm、1.0cm、1.2cm 具蒂的息肉样赘生物。另一约3.0cm 不具蒂呈半球形赘生物,色红,质地脆软,覆盖整个宫颈外口,右侧达
