数控增量成形是利用数控机床，按照程序对板材逐点成形，获得预定的形状．这种成形工艺的特点是不需要专用的模具，适合小批量的新产品制造．本文根据对增量成形工艺的研究，提出了增量成形轨迹设计的一般原则．
CNC incremental forming is the use of CNC machine tools, in accordance with the procedures of sheet metal forming point by point to obtain the intended shape. This forming process is characterized by no need for a dedicated mold, suitable for small quantities of new product manufacturing. Based on the research of incremental forming process, this paper presents the general principle of incremental forming trajectory design.
