随着人口老年化 ,前列腺增生症 (ＢＰＨ)的发病人数明显增加。由于经尿道前列腺电气化切除术具有使前列腺组织快速气化凝固、封闭血管、减少出血、限制灌洗液的吸收等特点。我院从 1998年 10月以来采用经尿道电气化切除 (ＴＵＶＰ)治疗前列腺增生 32例 ,疗效满意。现报告如下。
With the aging of the population, the incidence of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) increased significantly. Due to transurethral electrostatical prostatectomy has the characteristics of rapid gasification and coagulation of prostate tissue, blood vessels closed to reduce bleeding, limiting the absorption of lavage fluid and so on. Our hospital from October 1998 since the use of transurethral electrovaporization (TUVP) treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia in 32 cases, the effect is satisfactory. The report is as follows.
