富平县中沟大队,一九五八年以后,在总结本队历年防洪斗争经验和学习外队经验的基础上,针对地形和洪水特点,开始了引洪漫梯田和沟坝地。几年来,不仅达到了分散拦洪,完全停止了洪水危害,而且创造出分、引、蓄、排相结合的一整套控制与利用洪水的科学方法。洪漫地面积由一九六○年的三百六十二亩,扩大为一九六二年的五百八十七亩,目前正计划以合理利用洪水入手,争取几年后发展到一千亩。群众说:“我们不怕洪水大,只怕洪水少。”
