RSV是下呼吸道感染的病原之一,以往认为RSV的感染多见于2岁以下的儿童,成人发病率的报道甚少。为此,我们于1990年5月,对来我院就诊的100名下呼吸道感染的患者进行了支气管肺泡灌洗(BAL),通过灌洗液中RSV—Ag的检测,以进一步了解RSV在成人下呼吸道感染中的发病情况。
RSV is one of the pathogens of lower respiratory tract infection. In the past, RSV infection was more common in children under 2 years of age, and the incidence of adult disease was rarely reported. To this end, in May 1990, we performed bronchoalveolar lavage (BAL) on 100 patients with lower respiratory tract infection who visited our hospital. The detection of RSV-Ag in lavage fluid was used to further understand the role of RSV in adults Lower respiratory tract infection in the incidence.
