目的探究四肢骨折合并有糖尿病的患者治疗过程中的有效治疗方法,为临床应用提供参考。方法对近期我院收治的10例四肢骨折合并糖尿病患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果经过治疗后,所有患者的血糖情况均得到有效控制,且并发症情况相对较少。结论在四肢骨折合并糖尿病患者手术前,必须采取有效措施控制患者血糖,再根据患者情况选择最适宜的手术方式,提高患者生命质量。
Objective To explore the effective treatment of patients with limb fractures associated with diabetes in the course of treatment, provide a reference for clinical application. Methods The clinical data of 10 cases of limb fractures with diabetes in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Results After treatment, the blood glucose level of all patients were effectively controlled and the complication rate was relatively low. Conclusion Before the operation of patients with fractures of the extremities and diabetes mellitus, effective measures must be taken to control the blood sugar of the patients, and then the most appropriate operation mode is selected according to the patients’ condition to improve the quality of life of the patients.
