随着我国社会经济不断发展,国有企业在国民经济发展中的地位和作用日益突出,财务管理对国有企业效益提升、重组并购、海外投资发挥越来越重要的作用。本文通过对国有企业实施财务管理的价值进行了阐述,分析财务管理在国有企业中所存在的一些问题,并提出了具体的应对措施。
With the continuous development of our social economy, state-owned enterprises have become increasingly prominent in the development of the national economy. Financial management plays an increasingly important role in enhancing the efficiency of state-owned enterprises, restructuring mergers and acquisitions and overseas investment. This article elaborates the value of the financial management of the state-owned enterprises, analyzes some problems existing in the state-owned enterprises of the financial management, and puts forward concrete countermeasures.
