高效课堂是目前普通基础教育推行的教学目标。课堂要高效主要体现在学生身上,教师给了学生一桶水,学生只得到一滴水,这不是高效。所以,我们要从课堂的组织形式、课堂的结构与流程、师生的关系上寻找突破。经过长期和不断地探索,笔者总结出了小学数学教学流程和课堂结构,实现了学生主动参与教学,提高了教学质量。
Efficient classroom is the teaching goal of general basic education. To be effective in the classroom mainly reflected in the students, the teacher gave the students a bucket of water, the students only get a drop of water, this is not efficient. Therefore, we should look for the breakthrough from the organization of the classroom, the structure and flow of the classroom, the relationship between teachers and students. After long-term and continuous exploration, the author summed up the elementary mathematics teaching process and classroom structure, and realized the students take the initiative to participate in teaching and improve the quality of teaching.
