近年来,教育主管部门都将加强校企结合、实现产教融合作为培养技术技能型人才的主要方针,产教融合的教育理念能够让学生、学校、企业和社会都达到共赢的目的。通过分析“校企合作,产教融合”培养模式的内涵,探讨应用这种模式在会计人才培养中存在的问题,并且提出在会计人才培养中高效利用“校企合作,产教融合”的一些建议性措施,希望能够提高会计人才的培养质量,使其能够更好地服务于企业、社会。
In recent years, the competent departments of education will strengthen the combination of school with enterprises and realize the integration of production and education as the main guideline for training skilled personnel. The educational philosophy of integrating education with work-training enables students, schools, enterprises and the society to achieve a win-win situation.
