图示的自动定心拉刀夹头,解决了我厂叶轮和轮毂的拉孔精度问题。图1所示为拉刀被夹紧时的工作状态。连接轴1的外螺纹与机床中的活塞杆内螺纹连接,当油缸中的压力油推动活塞运动时,活塞杆带动拉刀加工工件。
The illustrated self-centering broach chuck solves the problem of hole precision in the impeller and hub of our factory. Figure 1 shows the working condition when the broach is clamped. The external thread of the connecting shaft 1 is connected with the internal thread of the piston rod in the machine tool. When the pressure oil in the oil cylinder pushes the piston to move, the piston rod drives the broach to process the workpiece.
