患者冉×,女性,36岁,于1983年5月29日晚上8时以头痛,咽干、咽南、发热三天之主诉来我院急诊室就诊。来院前曾在家服用过银翘解毒丸、四环素等药无效。既往注射过青霉素无不良反应。来院检查:体温39℃、血压100/70mmHg,一般情况尚可,自动体位,呼吸平稳,皮肤、粘膜无异常发现,头颅对称,五官端正,咽充血,两侧扁桃体Ⅲ度肿大,右侧陷窝有脓点及分泌物,颈无抵抗,两肺呼吸音粗,未闻及干湿性罗音,心界不大,心率90次
