权力的威力是有限的,要让有限的权力变成无限的威力,就得改变方法。上司如果仅仅依靠权力来发号施令那是远远不够的,还必须利用自己的魅力和亲和力,使属下心悦诚服,紧紧围绕在你身边干好每一件事。但实际中,属下“不服”的情况经常发生,有的即便是在这一事情上“服”而另一事情上不一定“服”,今天“服”明天未必“服”。遇到这种情况,当上司的该怎么办?权力固然能强迫属下“服”,但强迫的结果肯定有折扣的成份,不会得到100%的回报。既然如此,那就得改权力的强迫为非权力
