本报于一九五○年四月一日创刊至年终共计出版七期,比较系统地传布了这一时期中央人民政府、西北军政委员会及陕西省人民政府所颁发的各种重要政策法令、方针决定指示以及各种条例、章则和办法,刊登了各地的一些工作报告、总结和经验。这对指导工作,帮助干部学习,提高干部政策水平起了一定作用。在七期里共刊登稿件一百五十四篇,(第五期系省各界人民代表会议汇刊,第六期一部份系省农代会专辑,稿件未计入)其中工作总结和经验介绍仅二十三篇,占全部稿件总数百分之十五弱。这就是说对「交流工作经验推广
