目的探讨刷牙诱导癫的诱发因素、临床表现、治疗及预后。方法与结果 2例患者系同胞姊妹,均为刷牙诱导癫发作,表现为口面部抽搐、单侧上肢抽搐伴意识丧失,数分钟后恢复,1例伴舌咬伤,神经系统检查正常。头部MRI无异常,脑电图1例正常、1例呈现发作间期尖-慢复合波。均未行抗癫药物治疗,嘱其避免用力刷牙、缩短刷牙时间后完全控制发作。结论刷牙诱导癫是一种少见的反射性癫,癫发作与刷牙呈锁时关系,轻症患者降低刺激强度即可完全控制发作。
Objective To investigate the inducing factors, clinical manifestation, treatment and prognosis of brushing-induced epilepsy. Methods and Results Two patients were siblings of the same sibling. All of them were toothbrush-induced epileptic seizures. They were convulsions of the mouth and face, convulsions of unilateral upper extremities with loss of consciousness, recovery after a few minutes, one case of tongue bite and normal nervous system examination. Head MRI without abnormalities, 1 case of normal EEG, 1 cases showed interictal sharp-slow complex wave. None of the anti-epileptic drug treatment, asked to avoid hard brushing, shorten brushing time after the complete control of the attack. Conclusion Brushing-induced epilepsy is a rare reflex epilepsy, epileptic seizures and brushing was a lock-related, mild patients can reduce the stimulation intensity can completely control the attack.
