本文通过动电位阳极极化曲线、化学加速试验及缝隙腐蚀试验等方法,对我所试制的彩色不锈钢材料在30℃,3.5%NaC1、10%Fe C1_3和3.5%Na C1+2%Fe_2(SO_4)_3介质中的耐腐蚀性能进行了研究.实验结果表明,彩色不锈钢的氧化膜具有明显的抑制氯离子的侵蚀和具有较好的耐点腐蚀性能,比未经氧化着色处理的不锈钢提高耐点腐蚀性能50%左右,彩色不锈钢还具有良好的耐缝隙腐蚀性能.
In this paper, three kinds of colored stainless steel materials were tested at 30 ℃, 3.5% NaC1, 10% Fe C1_3 and 3.5% Na C1 + 2% Fe_2 (SO_4) by potentiodynamic anodic polarization curve, chemical acceleration test and crevice corrosion test. ) _3 medium was studied.The experimental results show that the color stainless steel oxide film has obvious inhibition of chloride ion corrosion and has good resistance to pitting corrosion than stainless steel without oxidation coloring increased resistance About 50% corrosion performance, color stainless steel also has good resistance to crevice corrosion.
