目的:建立复方苦参乳膏中苦参碱的HPLC质量测定方法。方法:采用Phenomenex C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为0.02mol/L三乙胺(冰醋酸调pH=9.5)-乙腈(65∶35),检测波长为209nm。结果:苦参碱的线性范围为4.86~194.40μg/mL(r=0.9999),平均回收率为98.91%(RSD=2.78%,n=6),苦参碱的平均质量分数为1.15mg/g。结论:本方法操作快速简便、准确,适用于复方苦参乳膏中苦参碱的质量测定。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of matrine in Compound Kushen Cream. Methods: Phenomenex C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase consisted of 0.02 mol / L triethylamine (adjusted to pH 9.5 with glacial acetic acid) -acetonitrile (65:35). The detection wavelength was 209 nm. Results: The linear range of matrine ranged from 4.86 to 194.40 μg / mL (r = 0.9999) with an average recovery of 98.91% (RSD = 2.78%, n = 6) and matrine with an average mass fraction of 1.15 mg / g . Conclusion: The method is rapid, simple and accurate. It is suitable for the determination of matrine in Compound Kushen Cream.
